Pat Lapage

Pat is a Co-Founder of Charles River Rowing and the Associate Head Coach of men’s heavyweight rowing at Harvard. He has coached at Harvard for 14 years since graduating in 2012! In addition to coaching the 2V and 3V to wins at Eastern Sprints and medals at IRAs, he also coached the USA U23 team in 2022 and 2023, directing the coxed four to a bronze and silver medal respectively. Pat’s favorite part about rowing is watching guys compete – there’s nothing like a great come from behind victory or hanging on for a close win!
